1. Delivery Locations
- We deliver to most pin codes across India, including metro cities, towns, and rural areas.
- If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly and process a full refund if payment was made.
2. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee (usually ₹49–₹99) may apply. Exact charges are shown at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
- Metro & major cities: 2–5 business days
- Towns & rural areas: 4–8 business days
- Remote locations: Delivery may take a little longer
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
- You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
- If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us for assistance.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged or lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We serve only within India.
